Lisa Linehan is the Executive Director of the Kittery Land Trust and Coordinator of the Mount Agamenticus to the Sea Conservation Initiative (MtA2C). Prior to coming on board in Kittery, Lisa was the Associate Director at the Kennebunkport Conservation Trust for nine years. She has a long history in the nonprofit world and spent a decade serving the extreme poor in the Third World with Partners in Development. She graduated from UNH and loves life on the seacoast. Lisa lives in Kittery with her family. When you can’t find her, chances are she is at the beach or in the garden.

Dot Avery is the Deputy Director of the Kittery Land Trust. She is the founder and Co-manager of the Kittery Community Market. She also served on the Board of Directors for the Kittery Community Center. Dot comes to us with experience in the nonprofit arena, event planning, and customer service. She is also fourth generation Kittery gal with a wealth of local knowledge!

Alex Keenan is the KLT Farm Manager. He is a Kittery resident, who has been active in local farming and community engagement for the better part of twenty years. He brings with him experience in agriculture, event production, education, and a passion for food. Most recently he worked as Farm Lead at Hobbs Farm at Throwback Brewery in North Hampton, NH. Alice Carey is the Education Coordinator for KLT. She is a native midwesterner who now calls Portsmouth her home. She has been advocating for nature-based education in early childhood and public schools for many years, working alongside teachers, administrators, and community members to infuse nature into the daily lives of Seacoast children. She has helped to design and build a forest classroom, nature playground, and Forest Friday program at her local elementary school, and worked as a lead educator for numerous place-based after school and school-day programs. In addition to being a community builder and outdoor educator, Alice is a registered architect, expert-level wanderer, and parent of 3 nature-loving kids.
